PLUG AND GO LLC ("Plug and Go", "we") maintains and repairs vehicles, transmits, distributes and trades electricity, performs electrical installation, publishes software, provides telecommunications, data processing and hosting, other technical services and equipment rental. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Charging users
App account data, charging sessions (time, location, energy) and payments via licensed providers. We do not track your vehicle outside charging sessions.
3. Installation and service clients
Contacts, addresses, technical data of the site or vehicle, contracts.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (energy regulation, tax), legitimate interests (network security, fraud prevention).
5. Recipients
Payment providers, grid operators as required, hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
